Calibrations
Calibration includes testing of all axis to make sure they are held within manufactures tolerances.
We check the zoom and magnification setting of your optics. We realign optics when needed.
Preventive Maintenance
We perform preventive maintenance on all equipment as part of your calibration.
We clean the optics, lubricate the moving parts, and do a full cleaning of your system.

Background
I opened the doors to QDC Systems in Tannersville, PA in September of 1993 after moving there from California. Where I worked for RAM Optical Instrumentations for 5 years. I started in their production department building the systems from the ground up. I then moved to the software department where I worked on developing the measurement software. Finally moving to the field service department, where I installed, trained, and maintained the systems at our customers facility. I have over 30 years of experience working on and maintaining optical vision systems.
